here are six songs that i wrote and recorded over the course of 2021, and the content of the songs is very personal. i found that mining my subconscious and writing from my heart about the problems in my life helped me understand them from a new perspective.

since the album is basically a direct attack on my vulnerability, it makes me a little nervous to make it a public thing, but i do it in hopes that someone, feeling similarly to how i did, might listen to it and feel a little less alone.

listening back to these songs now, i hear things that i would do differently if i were to record them again. i ultimately decided that it would be best if the songs remain unchanged as a sort of time capsule to preserve the emotions i put into them at the time.

mostly, i can appreciate that i managed to sincerely express and describe my feelings to this extent. some of the songs are mixed pretty roughly, so i'm sorry if you don't like that.
